SureMe Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. (Reseal) strictly does NOT sell awards, honors, trophies, titles, or citations. The conferment of the Krishi Ratna Award or any summit honor is decided solely on editorial evaluation, jury vetting, industry merit, and public/peer nomination criteria. No individual or corporate entity can buy, barter, or guarantee an award trophy through monetary payment.

Any fees, delegate registration contributions, ceremony participation packages, or branding charges collected by the organizer are exclusively towards:

• Event venue management, 5-star hospitality, summit food & beverage arrangements at Hyatt Pune.
• Production, stage lighting, sound engineering, AV equipment, and digital credential generation.
• Media kit development, professional stage photography, event video coverage, press release syndication, and digital PR amplification services.

Notice: These fees have zero connection, directly or indirectly, to the purchase or commercial transaction of any award trophy or title.

Reseal / SureMe Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd., Krishi26, and its jury board do NOT certify, audit, endorse, or warrant the commercial viability, legal compliance, quality, financial health, turnover figures, or claims made by any nominee, winner, sponsor, or keynote speaker. Receiving a nomination certificate or award trophy does not constitute a government or statutory business certification.

All information, metrics, turnover statements, and claims submitted during the nomination process are accepted in good faith. If any nominee, awardee, or client makes false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive claims in public, media, or advertising, they shall bear 100% sole civil and criminal liability.

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless SureMe Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and event partners from any disputes, consumer lawsuits, statutory notices, or third-party claims arising from their business conduct.

We strongly advise and recommend that all delegates, consumers, investors, vendors, and business entities conduct their own independent legal, commercial, and financial due diligence before entering into any business partnership, investment, contract, or financial transaction with any awardee, nominee, sponsor, or speaker. The organizer assumes zero responsibility for private transactions entered into between third parties.

Distinguished government leaders, ministers, MLAs, actors, celebrities, and keynote dignitaries grace Krishi26 in an honorary, keynote, or felicitation capacity. Neither the celebrity guests nor the dignitaries endorse, guarantee, or vouch for any nominee, company, product, or service in any personal or official manner.

SureMe Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. (Reseal) reserves the absolute and unilateral right to reschedule the event dates, change the venue, modify the summit schedule, alter the list of attending dignitaries, or transition the ceremony format (physical, hybrid, or virtual) due to force majeure events, government notifications, technical reasons, or unforeseen administrative constraints without incurring any liability.

All fees, contributions, delegate registrations, and amplification charges once paid are 100% strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to: nominee non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, event date postponement, venue modifications, or candidate disqualification. As production and PR booking expenses are committed in advance, no chargebacks or refund claims will be entertained.

Reseal / SureMe Multipurpose Pvt. Ltd. reserves all organizational, editorial, trademark, branding, and administrative rights relating to Krishi26, Krishi Ratna Awards, logos, media footage, and associated assets.

All legal disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
